The Excavation of Hob’s Barrow Game Review

Antiquarian Thomasina Bateman is writing a book on the barrows of England and is documenting the treasures she uncovers inside. A mysterious letter invites her to the tiny village of Bewlay located in the remote countryside she sets off by train with her assistant to spend the day in Bewlay.
The man who summoned her for help was missing upon her arrival. Her assistant never arrives. A stubborn landowner refuses access to the barrow while the people in the area are wary of this lady walking on her own in her own vehicle and (gasp!) wears trousers.
