TotalDrama Pornography Story: Not Too Long Ago – Chapter 2

Hey guys! Wow it feels good to be back on the TDI track. BTW, has anyone seen the previews for Total Drama Action yet? This is going to be fricking hilarious. Also if anyone reading this story is not Canadian, can you please tell me the release date for TDA where you live? I don’t want to spoil anything. :)

Back to Present Time, Camp Wawanaka

“Dun,dun, dun…” Izzie said, rather loudly. Everybody’s head snapped in her direction.

“What?” she asked innocently, staring back at the many pairs of eyes concentrated on her.

“Izzie.” Courtney sighed, “I know your mental capabilities limit your self control and all, but can you shut the hell up until the story is done?”

“Whoah.” Lisa thought. “My mom just said that?”

Izzie took it well, it seemed like she was used to it. “Maybe. Maybe not. That reminds me… I probably should have taken my meds this morning.”

“Meds, you’re on meds now?” Owen asked increduously.

“Of course.” Izzie answered as if this explained everything. Now that the former contestants looked back, it probably did. “There’s the double dose of ritalen for my ADHD, those little yellow ones for my anxiety and those pills… can’t remember what they’re called, for my memory loss.”

Gwen spoke up. “I think we should get back to the story, Iz. Maybe another time okay?” Gwen said as if she would actually ask Izzie about her meds again. She had a feeling Izzie would be okay. There was always the memory loss to fall back on…

“Right.” Izzie agreed.

“Anyways…” Courtney began again, watching Izzie carefully.

Past Memories (Courtney Perspective)

Duncan.

She got up slowly, not believing he was real. This could be another one of those stupid nightmares she had every other night…

He mirrored her reaction, also getting up slowly. Except he reached out to hug her. After he hugged her, she stepped back, studying him.

“What happened to your hair?” she asked him increduously. His mohawk, fauxhawk, whatever, had become longer making a thicker shag. Except for the fact that his fringe was still green, it looked completely different.

He laughed, running his fingers through his hair. “When I came here last year to meet with the principal or vice or whatever he umm… didn’t appreciate my hairstyle. You should’ve seen it this morning when I walked in and my hair was still green. He almost broke a vein it was throbbing so hard! So anyways on the first day of school I’ve already racked up one detention, and the teacher’s haven’t even seen my grades yet! I guess old habits stick.” He smirked. “Anyways, what have you been up to?” he eyed Courtney’s sister who was giving him the evil eye.

“Courtney…” she trailed off threatingly. “Who’s your friend?”

“Duncan. Hi.” he extended his out for her to shake. She continued to give him a withering look. He let his hand drop.

Courtney sighed. “Duncan this is my sister Lisa.” Under her breath breath she added, “She’s a little like me when I first came to the island. Competitive and no fun. Go easy on her, okay?” He nodded.

“How does my sister know you? Are you one of those juvie kids she had tutor?” her stare increased, way harsher now.

Duncan stared at Courtney, one eyebrow arched. “Juvie kids?” he asked.

“Extra credit.” she mumbled. “Don’t ask.”

Duncan laughed. “You got the juvie part right at least. We met on the island.”

Lisa seemed to have forgotten her anger. “The island, really?” she waited until Courtney nodded to go on. “Maybe you can tell me something! Courtney hasn’t told me anything.” she sighed melodramatically.

“She hasn’t told you anything?” Duncan asked, trying to hide his surprise.

“No.” Now she was glaring daggers at Courtney.

“Good. It’s a horrible experience.” Duncan replied solemnly.

Lisa mouth fell open, not expecting that as an answer.

Duncan took the silence as a good opportunity to speak to Courtney. “Where are you headed for your first class?”

“We’re both headed for English. She’s -she pointed to Lisa, who was still gaping- in the advanced class.”

Duncan nodded. “We better head off now. I don’t need another detention and she -he pointed to Lisa- looks like the never-been-absent-in-my-life type.” Courtney nodded. They started heading off and Courtney had to drag Lisa all the way there. Poor girl was in shock.

They reached English pretty quickly. It was a pretty small school after all.

They had made it to class five minutes before the bell. They found three open seats and made their way there, at least until Lisa tripped.

“Oh, so sorry!” An overly, enthuisiastic voice said. “Oh, Lisa Stephenson, what a pleasure! We haven’t talked in forever! Oh and Courtney too! Well, now! Who’s your little friend?” She said eyeing Duncan disapprovingly.

“Cut the crap, Taylor.” Courtney replied, glaring. Duncan glared as well. Lisa looked close to fainting.

“A family friend now is he? He looks like the jail type.” She mocked scornfully.

“What’s that supposed to mean?” Duncan said, eyes narrowed.

“Well now, no violence! We can’t have you in jail again!” she chirped. She laughed. “I knew your dad was in jail Courtney, but I didn’t expect him to send one of his little friends home with you.” She laughed again.

“You want to fight bit-?” Lisa spoke up, just as the bell rang.

“Come on Lise.” Courtney mumbled. They sat down, hoping to hell this was going to be short.

(Duncan Perspective)

The bell rang dismissing them. “Coming Duncan?” Courtney asked, getting her books together.

“Yeah, I’ll be there. I just have to ask the teacher something. I’ll be right there.” Courtney nodded, leaving. Duncan smiled at her as she left. Then he walked slowly to the front of the room, and grabbed Taylor’s shoulder.

“What?” she asked, clearly enjoying this.

“Why is Courtney’s father in jail?” He asked, glaring.

“Apparently he shot some cop and his partner. The cop survived, but he was injured. His partner died.” She said, all to happy to be sharing the bad news.

“Why?” Duncan asked.

“I’m sure you heard.” she said. “The partner tased the dad’s twelve year old son and he died of injuries.”

“What were the cops names? He asked.

“The partner’s name was Kevin Smith, the cop’s was Aaron James.”

Duncan left the room, and found Courtney and Lisa waiting for him.

“What’s up?” Courtney asked him.

“Nothing.” Duncan said, slingng his arm around her shoulder. “Nothing’s up.” He said again, smiling.

Duncan lay on his bed, bouncing a tennis ball off his wall. School had been out for hours, even with dentention. Three hundred forty-three, three hundred forty-four…

“Hey.” his dad greeted at the door. “Can I come in?”

Duncan shrugged. “It’s your house.”

His dad grinned. “Damn right it’s my house, and in my house, we don’t bounce tennis balls against the walls.” The throwing stopped. “That’s better.” He wheeled himself into Duncan’s room. Duncan’s dad was paralysed. “I just came to tell you that dinner is ready.” He turned to leave.

“Dad, wait.” Duncan called out.

“What?” His dad asked.

“Say you have this friend…” Duncan began.

“Hypothetically?” Duncan’s dad asked.

“Hypothetically.” Duncan nodded. “Say you have this friend whose relative hurt someone and killed someone else. What would you do?”

“Is the relative in jail?” His dad asked quizically, eyebrows arched.

“Yes.” Duncan replied.

“Then I don’t see the problem.” His dad said shrugging.

“What?” Duncan asked, surprised by his answer.

“Look obviously, it’s not the friend’s fault. What’s done is done.”

“Yeah I guess.”

“Honey?” Duncan’s mom called out. “Help me set the table okay?”

“Jeez. I’m paralysed and she still expects me to do everything.” His dad joked.

“Aaron James I mean it!” She called again.

“Well I guess I better go.” Aaron said. “You coming?”

“Not hungry.” Duncan said.

“Okay then.” Aaron said as he wheeled himself out, closing the door behind him. Duncan starting throwing the tennis ball against the wall again. One, two three…
